INSTRUCTIONS.

There are two ways to provide our firm with these budget forms.

1. Print. Simply print out the forms, fill them out and bring them with you to your consultation..

2. Email. Download the form entitled "Budget Form" and fill it out on your computer using Adobe Reader. When you are done, save the form and email it to "info@hargravelaw.com."
