John W. Hargrave, Esquire

John W. Hargrave is the principle attorney employed by the firm at this time. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy litigation, bankruptcy taxation, bankruptcy trustees' rights, commercial bankruptcy, personal bankruptcy, credit fraud, small business law, sole proprietorship, fraudulent sales, secured transactions and elder law.

He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Rider College and his J.D. degree from Western New England College. Mr. Hargrave is an active member of the Camden County and New Jersey State bar associations, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the New Jersey Bankruptcy Trustees' Association (past president) and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Mr. Hargrave conducts seminars on financial issues and is a regular guest on various radio programs. He is also the co-founder and Camden County coordinator for the New Jersey Bankruptcy Lawyers Foundation's financial literacy program, NJFLIP. The financial literacy project is a program specifically designed to educate high school juniors, seniors and college freshman about maintaining good credit, using credit cards and avoiding identity theft.

Finally, Mr. Hargrave is a long time member of the Camden County Toastmasters and has been twice past president.

Dolores Murphy

Dolores is the office manager of John W. Hargrave & Associates. She has been with the firm since 1989.

Diane Volosin

Diane is a part-time paralegal employed by the firm to assist in Trustee cases.
